1. Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 weeks of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement or offer a full refund.
2. Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong item or size, please reach out to us within 3 weeks so we can correct the issue and send you the correct product at no additional cost.
3. Buyer’s Remorse: Since all of our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues like change of mind, wrong size choice, or dislike of the design. Please double-check your size and design choices before placing your order!
4. Size Issues: Be sure to consult our size chart to pick the perfect fit! If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for help before ordering.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Since each item is made just for you after you place your order, it takes some time to prepare your product. Typically, this process takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping which usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
