If you received the wrong item or size, please reach out to us within 3 weeks so we can correct the issue and send you the correct product at no additional cost.

3. Buyer’s Remorse:
Since all of our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues like change of mind, wrong size choice, or dislike of the design. Please double-check your size and design choices before placing your order!

4. Size Issues:

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Since each item is made just for you after you place your order, it takes some time to prepare your product. Typically, this process takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping which usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
